Hello my blogging peeps!! ;) lol Here I am with my latest design for Scrapbook Stamp Society. Does it make you think of the jungle... the mighty jungle... I know it's not a sleeping lion but that's the song that comes to mind when I see this Leopard image by Kim L. Pipkin Gwin. I think he makes for a great masculine card.
These are the Copic markers I used to color the image:
Browns: E11, E13, E15, E18, E31, E33, E35
Yellow: Y19, YR23
This is the card:
Isn't he majestic? What other word could possibly accurately describe him?!? :) I think he looks ready to leap off the card! Yikes! lol ;)
This is how I put him together:
The background paper is from the Paper Studio at Hobby Lobby. The ribbon, card stock and button are from my stash. I used a Spellbinders' Lacey Square die cut to create a mat for the image. Do you think the button was too much? I couldn't make myself keep from using it... I told myself don't do it... I don't listen to myself very well. I like how it looks. :)
And with that, I will leave you with this final thought...
Ee-e-e-um-um-a-weh

Wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh
Wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh
Wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh
Wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh, wimoweh
I shouldn't be the only one with that song stuck in my head after all this!! ;)
