Today I have for you this fun Recipe Flip Book!

Here is a view of the cover.

 

I have used a 6x6 chipboard book made by Tim Holtz.

There are 3 different Sherri Baldy DSP paper packs

that I have used to cover

the front and back of each page.

You can either purchase this paper already

printed or you can purchase the downloadable

pack which you can print.

 

Each paper needs to measure 6x6

so all you have to do is get out your adhesive and

start attaching the pages where you want them.

 

Once I finished gluing all the papers I then started to add

various types of embellishments.

 

I also have included in this Recipe book the

Mason Jar printables and the Recipe card printables.

TIME FOR TEA MY BESTIE

TIME FOR TEA WITH 'MY BESTIE' STAMP

TODAY I GOT TO PLAY WITH A 'MY BESTIE' STAMP CALLED 'TIME FOR TEA' THAT I GOT FROM www.createandcraft.tv THEY HAVE LOTS OF CRAFT GOODIES THERE!!!

I SAW THIS ONE AND JUST HAD TO HAVE IT.

I WANTED TO TRY AND MAKE A VINTAGE LOOKING CARD AND KEEP IT SIMPLE.

I USED A 8 X 8 INCH PLAIN CARD. I LOVE MAKING THIS SIZE CARD.

I STAMP THE IMAGE USING 'TEA DYE DISTRESS INK' ON TO SOME GOOD QUALITY CARD STOCK. I USED A SPONGE TO BLEND IN THE INK ON THE IMAGE  TO GIVE IT A AGED, VINTAGE LOOK, SPRAYED IT WITH 'SPRAY AND SPARKLE, PINK IRIDESCENT GLITTER ' FROM CRAFTERS COMPANION AND ADDED SOME GLOSSY  ACCENTS TO HER HAIR, EYES, DRESS AND HAT.

THE BACKGROUND IS MADE USING CORRUGATED KRAFT BOARD, LOVE THIS STUFF, AND I DIE CUT A 'TRELLIS TONIC DIE' TO GO ON TOP, I DISTRESS IT WITH THE INK TO KEEP THE VINTAGE FEEL GOING.

 THE FLOWER IS MADE USING A DIE FROM 'SIZZIX' DESIGN BY 'TIM HOLTZ' CALLED 'TATTERED FLORALS', IT MAKES THE MOST GORGEOUS BLOOMS, I USED TISSUE AND CARD STOCK THAT I DISTRESS WITH INKS. I ADDED A SMALL FLOWER TO THE CENTRE TO FINISH THE LOOK, SPRAYED WITH 'SPRAY AND SHINE' AND ADDED GLAMOUR DUST TO MAKE IT SPARKLE.

 I HAVE SOME GORGEOUS LEAF DIES FROM 'SPELLBINDERS' CALLED 'SPRIGS', I DIE CUT THEM AND INK THROUGH THE DIE TO ADD A TOUCH OF COLOUR.

 I MADE A SMALLER BLOOM IN THE SAME WAY AND ADDED SOME SPRIGS TO THE TO MAKE THE FLOWER POP OUT

THE SENTIMENT IS FROM 'CRAFTWORK CARDS' I ADDED INK TO IT , TO MAKE IT BLEND IN WITH THE CARD, THE LACE IS FROM 'CREATIVE EXPRESSION' AND I THINK IT JUST FINISHES OFF HE VINTAGE CARD LOOK.
