Lil Ragamuffin Bunny on an Easter Layout

I just love this image by Sherri Baldy called Lil Ragamuffin Bunny.  I chose to do her a little differently this time by first printing her out on a brightly colored patterned paper.  I also gave her some dimension using flower soft for her tail and making her belly a little fuzzy.  I really like the way she turned out.  Please check out the entire layout on the blog  http://delightfuldesignsbykatherine.com/blog/?p=578

Have a wonderful weekend and happy crafting.  Katherine S

The Hat Lady Stitch

Hi Ladies, here is a lovely card and envelope set that I created.

The set was created using two of Scrapbook Stamp Society's Digital Images:  "The Hat" and "Pink Lemonade".  I used a sewing machine to stitch the images onto cardstock.  I used Basic black, Pretty Pink, and Whisper White Cardstock, and Pink Paisley Garden Fly.  I applied some Recollection Buttons and some vintage lace.

The embellishments of the bird and the rose are courtesy of ShabbyChic GlamFairies Mixed Media.  She can be found on facebook if you are interested in ordering some of these handmade embellishments.

Spike

This card was made withy an image from Scrapbook Stamp Society, The image is called Spike, and was drawn by Sherri Baldy.  I colored him with copic markers and then I  cut him out and put him on designer paper.. and mounted him on an oval cut with Spellbinder.. and added some green gems.. because guy cards to me should not be too fancy. I am working on doing some boy cards for My Sister in Law Carolyn.

Bows, Buttons & Lace

Hi All

Here is my card for this fortnight's challenge.

Recipe & Method

1. Again I have used an 8 x 8 pearlescent white card.
2. The first layer is card from my stash which is green and lovely white daisies on. I then used a lace white doily for the second layer.
3. The image has been printed off onto Neenah card and coloured in using watercolour pencils, Sakura glitter pen and Cosmic paints have been used for the carriage.
4. I then cut out the topper using Spellbinder scalloped circle. I then distressed the edges using Dew Drops Versamagic Aloe Vera.
5. The corners have been cut out using Spellbinder edge die in gold pearlescent card. I attached a green button to each corner. The bow is made with lace ribbon.

Thank you for stopping by today
Hugs

Bath-time Kitty

This is my entry to this weeks challenge over at The Daring Cardmakers blog.
The challenge is to use material on your card, so I made these lovely little roses from felt scraps, then some tea-stained seam binding. I think the flowers show off this gorgeous image beautifully.

My heart belongs to YOU plus an Easter card

The first card is made w/Sherri Baldy's hearts. Isn't she just adorable!?
I used Bic Mark It's and the hearts were colored w/Sakura Metallic pens. They are awesome!!! Also, cut her out w/a Spellbinders scallop rectangle.

The next one is for Easter or Springtime. It is another of Sherri's digis, done w/watercolor pencils this time. Digi paper was use for the main card. The saying is an old stamp from Stampin' Up! Thanks for stopping by to look at my cards!
