Remembering You

One more post for today. Today we are having a Blog Hop at Scrapbook Stamps Society ( I'm not in this Hop), so please join our fun and win some digi's. My card today is for the challenge blog. I think it will be up later on today HERE.  Our challenge is "Girly Girl". When you look on this card you may think it's not really girly colors, but i have a story to go with it. lol

For my card i used many digital images. But here it is a very beautiful image call "Remembering You" by Sherri Baldy. I colored her with Copic markers. You can find this image HERE.

This Treasure Box element from Puddicat Creations. I added pearls string to it. Everyone know Treasure chaste must have Pearls inside. lol. And Gorgeous background scan from Batshis Poser Designs.
So.. she sitting on the Treasure Chaste and she is soooo in love with the Pirate. She is hopping one day he will come to her on the Ship, so she safe all this Goodies for her love. lol Do you like my story?? Hahaha. Well I'm on good mood today.

I really had great time in creating this card..it was bit different from the rest, and keeping Spring in mind ..I come up with this ...

Here is my card

I created my own flowers to go with the card & colour combations and the yellow circle represents the sun .

FAIRY CHILDREN

Here is my latest card for DT SSS. I printed the digi and then took my Versa Mark pad and swiped it all over the image. Then I took my chalks to color it in. I like how it came out! Soft and pretty just like it should!

Tuesday Tutorial - Embossing popped with Colour

On this layout I used the embossing folders that had floral design..
kind of similar to print papers. I then used copics to colour on
the raised portion of the embossed piece.
It made a beautiful Accent portion to the layout with texture and colour.

On the card I used the same embossing folder for the majority portion of the card.
To make it pop more I used a silver gray ink on
the raised section of the embossed piece.
On the left panel I embossed a floral with stem and used white ink to pop it.

So my challenge is to get out those embossing folders.. add some ink, copics
or any type of colour to pop its detailing and use it on any project.
