Happy Birthday To You!

Hello everyone!

I am super excited to share with you my first project for the Scrapbook Stamp Society (My Besties) Design Team! I decided to go with a sort of shabby chic birthday theme for my card. I hope that you like it!

I used copic markers as usual to color this image, Img587. I used some pretty papers by Trimcraft. I also used dies from LDRS Creative and Cottage Cutz. I decorated around her with some paper flowers in my stash and added a sentiment and some lace trim at the bottom. I distressed all the papers with Distress Ink "Vintage Photo". Birthday Violin

This cute violinist is by Sherri Baldy and can be found here.   I colored her Spectrum Noir markers and really wish I had Wink of Stella shimmer pen to add to her flowers.  It's on my crafty shopping list for sure.   I used my favorite color combo, purple & teal.  I stamped the background music and sentiment with Latina Crafter's Citas favoritas stamp set.

This cutie is one of the many My~Besties cuties by Sherri Baldy.  I used scraps and I mean scraps from Summer Fresh by Simple Stories.

I colored the image with copic markers and cut the image out.  The image is  img 258

may birthday besties

Today at Scrapbook Stamp society the challenge is to use a sentiment... the image I choose is called a birthstone Bestie..   and it is the May birthstone..    I colored my image with copic markers  then cut her out..
the dies used on this . the Happy Birthday is from Memory box and the  corner dies are from Cheery Lynn designs.
