Hello Sweet Friend

Here's the cutest new stamp from Scrapbook Stamp Society artist Sherri Baldy, Img523.  I totally love this cute girl.  You know how you have to scold a kid when they are sticking their tongue out at you, but then you just look at them and they are totally cute and funny that you just laugh.  That's this image.  I added fun sentiment brads to the centers of the flowers from Around the Block.
