Designer Noelle here today to share with you my next project. This time I used an image from the Fashionista Besties Collection called "Img811". I hope that you like what I've created!
I colored this image with my copic markers and added some pretty patterned paper from my stash. I also added some adhesive pearls, paper flowers and lace from my stash.
