Le Stache Featured on Inspire Me Friday's

Good Afternoon

I am so proud to share my card which I have made using the Digi Le Stashe by the Artist Sherry Baldy over at Scrapbook Stamp Society.  I found out today that it has been featured on Inspire Me Friday's Blog which you can see here

Recipe & Method

1. Card base if pale blue.
2. I have matted the first layer of white pearlescent card cut out using Spellbinder die and using the same die but smaller I have cut out turquoise patterned paper which I have placed diagonal onto the white card.
3. I printed off the image onto Neenah card and cut out using another Spellbinder die. I have coloured her in using Spectrum Noirs and Sakura glitter pens. To her neck I have very small gems for her necklace. I have added little flower embellishments to the hem of her dress.
4. To complete my card I have added a Turquoise ribbon, white roses and turquoise gems.

Certified!!!

Hello, Lynda here to share with you a project that I made using one of my favorite new images available in the Scrapbook Stamp Society store titled Certified by Sherri Baldy.  I took my Copic certification class a few weeks ago and have been "practicing" every chance I get...and it is true that it takes a lot of practice to perfect using these amazing markers...

Be sure to check out all the amazing digital images available in the store...and the COPIC markers!!!

Happy crafting....Lynda

Treat Box Tutorial

This cute little box is decorated with digitals for xmas
but it could be made for any occasion using any digitals.
Accent the front and add a cute little tag on a ribbon.
Filled it with mints, mini chocolate bars, party favors.. the list is endless.
Even fun for those kids birthday parties. Everyone will love them.

Here is the tutorial to share with you... have fun and make some
of these cute boxes yourself.

Garden Nellie

This  Image is another fun one for Scrapbook Stamp Society,   The image is called Garden Nellie Flower Basket, by Sherri Baldy  I love this image it has so many possibilities.  I choose to use my Copic Markers and to color her in Blues and yellows to match the colors in the designer paper that I wanted to use.  The corner die is from Cheery Lynn designs the background  in blue is from Memory Box and the ovals are from Spellbinders.  The saying is from Hero arts and the bling is from Michaels.
I cut out the image because I wanted a different look.  And I wanted to try out my new scissors.
Thanks for stopping by and swing on over to Scrapbook Stamp Society's blog and check out this weeks blog hop.
thanks

Cafe Paris

Just a quick post tonight. I am showcasing another Digi from Scrapbook Stamp Society by the Artist Sherri Baldy. The digi is called Cafe Paris and can be found here.

Twsited Easel Card

Flowers and leaves are from Martha Stewart punches

Inside of the card

Recipe & Method

1. Base card is 6 x 6 which has been scored from bottom right to the top left hand corner.
2. The inside of the card I have layered a piece of card from My Minds Eye Lost & Found and added a sentiment which I have inked using Dew Drops Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue. This acts as the stopper.
3. I have cut out a square topper using white pearlescent card and attached to the bottom half of the easel. Onto this I have used the reverse side of the above card which has circles and glitter before adhering this I have wrapped some white lace and using a brad added the Eiffel tower charm.
4. I printed the digi off onto Neenah card and coloured in using Spectrum Noirs and Sakura Glitter Pens. I then cut this out using Spellbinder Fleur De Lis Rectangle die. I have distressed around the edges using the above Dew Drops ink.
5. Using my Martha Stewart punches I have cut out leaves using pale green pearlescent paper and the flowers are fancy circles which I have cut to make 3 flowers. I have added pearl gems to the centres.

Thank you for stopping by Today

PRETTY GIRL

Good morning everyone

Today i am showcasing a card and how to use your nested dies - the main die and the cut outs.

I am using the digi TUTTI LIL RAGAMUFFIN by Sherri Baldy and she can be found in the shop HERE.

Here is how i made it
1 - covered a 6x6 card blank with backing paper in a floral garden theme
2 - printed the digi onto neenah card stock and coloured it with spectrum noir markers
3 - cut the digi close to the black edge
4 - cut a round heart spellbinders die in a bo bunny paper and attached the circular shape to the middle of the card
5 - shaped the digi to give it dimension then attached her on top of the die shape using pinflair glue
6 - collected up all the small cut out butterflies from the main die and added them around the card area with pinflair glue.
7 - added pearl bling around the butterfly die edges and the seperate butterfly bodies.
8 - lastly applied glitter to the petticoat of the skirt and the hair adornment

I hope you like what i have created today, thanks for stopping by
