Alternative skin colors: Think outside the box

Hey everyone!!!!  With Halloween approaching, I wanted

to talk about other skin options for all the adorable

images and to think outside the box with which images

you would use.

Here is the first, my idea of a little zombie girl.  Isn't this image

just so adorable.

This is Img166.

For the skin I have used copics in W00, W01 and BG10 and BG11

Just changing out the shades can give you different results with every image,

so if you find an image you want to use but think it isn't for Halloween,

think again.  To use pencils, use your light grays and light blues to achieve

a similar look to this.  Play with those colors.

What other colors did I use in copics

Hair:  RV91, 93, 95 and 99

Green  YG11, 13 and 17

Yellow  Y02, 13, 18 and YR23

Purple  V01, 04,06 and 09

This is scan0006 Halloween Spa

Not to hard to think of green skin for this one

and it was interesting to find the right shades.

For this one I used Prismacolor colored pencils

Green:  spring green, apple green, grass green and dark green with 

the sand colored pencil very lightly in the middle of the face and legs.

What other colors?

Hat and outfit   indigo blue, violet blue,ultramarine, light cerulean blue

and powder blue

The flames crimson lake(red) carmine red, poppy red, yellowed orange

and canary yellow

And finally we can not forget this beauty

Prom Queen

This one was a tough one, but I love how she turned out.

For this I used

copic in W00 and 01 with one promarker in Almond for the skin

The other colors

Her dress,   E21, 43 44 50  and the promarker in Almond

Hair   BV11, 13, 17 and 34
