Birthday tag

Hi, It's Joan with a paper pieced birthday tag. I made this tag using Sherri Baldy's Ice Cream & Cupcakes digi stamp. I cropped and enlarged the smaller of the two cupcakes and then began paper piecing the parts of the cupcake. I added a doily, scalloped die cut and rhinestones to the cupcake. I love this digi set - perfect for a "sweet" birthday wish for someone special!!
